Reportedly, after "Go"´s fallout, Grimes scrapped her previous work and created Art Angels . California, a very Grimes mixture of sweet catchy melodies and a good amount of strange sounds (this time with a little country feel), is a hate-anthem against Pitchfork and music critics in general.
